My name is Andrea Fonseca, and I am the owner and creator of Southside Counselling. I am so excited to be invited to share in your journey of self-growth and healing.

I am a firm believer in the curative power of self-compassion, vulnerability and personal awareness. I want to help you live as freely as possible by guiding you to identify, manage and positively respond to your emotions.
